... Sick & Sore...

Mon Sep 21, 2009, 9:23 AM
... Yo!
...
... I am as the title suggests sick, and actually I have for several weeks now...
...
... It is weird because I have a stuffy nose, a cough, and yet I am at a regular body tempature for most of the time, and I usually don't have a headache, though that is probibly because of all the pills I'm taking... I have been out cold in bed on several schoool days and I ended up having to quickly try and catch up in my classes, which I just about have today...
...
... My laptop has been taken from me by my parents, except I get it on the weekends if I've done all of my reading and other work, and I normally log on DA using my laptop, and I am currently on a computer at my tutoring place...
...
... I am currently busy so it may be a while before I post anything new, but I'll try to log on when I have freetime and I can access a computer...

It's okay, my comp will hopefully get replaced, but for now i'm just skipping around, on different friends computers.
:iconlone-fool:
... I hope you get your replacement computer soon, I know it is really inconvenient, when people are unable to use their own computers.
...
... my laptop is also having problems... well the main problem is that it doesn't detect the battery... and the power cable comes out really easily or by itself at the most annoying times...

I know, I think the problem is that the battery is so banged up that even when it is tighly placed in the laptop, it's not detected. Sometimes the battery cord falls out itself, so I can't even tell if it is in or not.
.....Annoying
:iconlone-fool:
... Well that and it may also be completely dead... either way I intend to call Dell to see if they can help. I've actually had my power cord die... the computer wouldn't read it...
...
... Well by annoying I mean, I was typing a log journal on DA and it comes out and instantly shuts off, then I have to plug it in and turn it on again, then I have to enter safe mode so that it can recover any damaged files, then I need to recent it then I have to try to type the journal again, then the cord comes out again, and I go through it again... if it happens again after that I just stop trying to type that journal... the same is true if I am reading an article, or when I upload or download something, it gets corrupted and I have to try and recover the undamaged version, and if it was on a flashdrive, the flashdrive gets corrupted... so its all around annoying...

 :wow: i though i had it rough. the worst thing mine has done, was spontaniously turn off, stand by, or hibernate . But your story is much funnier though. i think dell should start checking their comps.
